RABJJ Association Promotions!

Att. students:

Starting today, once a month we'll be posting the promotions of all associated schools. Promotions listed will be solid belt colors, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black.

Huge congratulations to the following RABJJ Association students who were promoted this past Saturday:

Coach Haz Ibrahim, Head Instructor of RABJJ/Raritan Valley BJJ gets promoted to Brown Belt! We wish you the best, Coach Haz! Specially your senior training partners and your teacher, they couldn't be happier!

It was a nice Sunday when you'd expect everyone to be out and about, enjoying their weekend.
(Buzzer sound)
Wrong! Super dedicated students from OCBJJ were working really hard under the supervision of their head instructor, Coach Tom DeBlass.
Prof. Almeida and his family stopped by to offer a hand, but things were beyond covered. Enjoy some pictures of the newly expanded Academy that will be officially opening its doors this Thursday.
Props to the OCBJJ students who were there, helping Coach Tom every step of the way.

 Prof. Gene Dunn's Visit was SO much fun!

What a great class! Prof. Gene Dunn took ime out of his really busy
schedule (he owns 3 schools) to be here with us.

This past Monday night's Black Belt Class was amazing, as Prof. Dunn showed our super dedicated students new ways to take their Jiu Jitsu training and performance to the next level. Prof. Almeida attentively watched his team mate and felow Black Belt showcase his Jiu Jitsu skills as well as his teaching skills.

The students can't stop talking about such great class, and we all hope that Prof. Dunn can make a new visit soon. Again, from the whole RABJJ Academy:

We are super excited to announce that RABJJ Academy has teamed up with the pioneer company in grappling gear and Prof. Almeida's UFC sponsor SPRAWL to design and manufacture all of RABJJ clothing and training gear!

If you have already purchased any item from Sprawl, you know very well that the quality of their material is the absolute best in the whole industry. We remember many years ago when they first started the company and were distributing their awesome Sprawl grappling shorts at NJ's local NAGA and Grappler's Quest tournaments. They picked up a pair of shorts at the time and asked Prof. Almeida if he would wear them for his match, and that's how the relationship started. Prof. became an automatic fan, and even nowadays, by far, one of the biggest fans of the company. Now you guys get to benefit from the Prof.'s great experience with Sprawl and start wearing what's best in Martial Arts clothing and gear.

Now here is a sneak peek at some of the new merchandise that will be arriving soon. These are just drawings, but it gives you a good idea of the final product:

New RABJJ grappling shorts, all artwork embroidered.

Some of our new T Shirts, they'll be out in many different colors.

New grappling tops. Each shirt  represents your belt rank when worn in class.

Awesome new embroidered RABJJ caps.

All new products will have the RABJJ Association logo, so we are more than ready to start displaying that we all belong to something a lot bigger than our own schools.

New items should be in in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned.

George Castronova is Back!
